Corner Post Insertion Robot
This system was developed to insert corner support posts into cardboard gaylord boxes by means of a robot.
In addition to an existing automated box assembly and fill line, the FANUC R-2000iC/270F industrial robotic system with custom end-of-arm-tooling works alongside automated corner post and glue dispensing units to ready product containers for transit.
Custom Sample Handling System
This specialized conveyance system was designed and built by Integrated Solutions for the laboratory testing of agricultural samples.
The system conveys custom trays to facilitate the distribution of samples throughout a series of testing processes.
Test results relating to the samples are recorded to a customer database for future retrieval.
Robotic Sealant Application
This Fanuc LR Mate 200iD robot utilizes Graco pumping equipment, custom end-of-arm tooling, and Advanced DCS software to administer silicone adhesive sealant as part of a manufacturing process.
The central mounting plate is outfitted with a job specific "nest" by the user.
The system is able to determine what nest is present, based on a combination of lasers and sensors, and runs the program accordingly.
The system is self-calibrating, self-cleaning, and features the latest in user safety technology.
Robotic Bag Palletizing
This fully automated palletizing system utilizes automatic infeed conveyors to deliver product to the Fanuc M-410i robot.
The product is then stacked onto empty pallets using the robot to insert slip sheets when required.
Completed pallets are automatically fed out of the palletizing cell to a stretch wrap station.
Once a pallet has been stretch wrapped, it is ready for forklift pickup.
Robotic Case Palletizing
This fully automated case palletizing system handles pallets, slip sheets and corrugated boxes.
Using a custom End-of-Arm Tool, this Fanuc M-410i handles three different products in the automated palletizing of the corrugated cases.
In the video below, the speed of stacking is sped up 3x to allow the completion of a full unit load to be demonstrated.
